Activities are exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas; refining, marketing, supply and transportation; and manufacturing and marketing of petrochemicals.

BP Amoco have a growing activity in gas and power and in solar power generation. BP has well-established operations in Europe, North and South America, Australasia and Africa.

Case

Tellemachus provided technical support and configuration expertise on a number of BP’s critical infrastructure systems. these systems are responsible for the monitoring and control of gas transportation from the Northern & Southern North Sea, through processing facilities to the British Gas National Transmission System (NTS).
The systems Tellemachus staff worked on included a 16,000 I/O combined DCS, ESD & F&G system and a 5,000 I/O Pipeline Modelling System (PMS).
